Coordinare and Waples have had a long standing relationship working together to deliver NSW public health messaging over the past 7 years, and more recently with a focus on their Early Intervention messaging promoting mental health, and drug and alcohol support services.

In 2021 Waples were tasked with creating a fresh look and feel for the Early Intervention campaign which would be targeting people in the South Eastern Public Health Network area, particularly those feeling anxious, stressed, worried or needing support for drug and alcohol habits.

Creative needed to be fresh, relevant, target both Caucasian and multicultural communities, and both engage and inform the audience around the options for help that are available, enabling them to take action.

Key Results

  • Creation of new campaign assets, bringing a fresh feel to campaign messaging and creating an inclusive and broad community feel to communications
  • Assets created included animated TVC, Radio Ads, Display Ads, Social Banners, Print collateral and SEM Copy
  • Over 1.5m individual users reached within the target demographic on digital mediums (Social, Online Video and Display Banners)
  • Over 17,000 people sent to the campaign landing page
  • 66% increase in Facebook engagement with a creative refresh, in comparison to the previous Early Intervention campaign
  • All South Eastern PHN Communities reached across 6 NSW radio stations.
